KAYENTA, AZ – Shi Heart Home Health Care will host a Mini-Nutrition Day and Health Fair at the Kayenta Chapter House on November 17, 2010 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Registration for participants will start from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.  On-site that day will be service providers who educate the public about Healthy Living, nutrition to control Diabetes, nutrition to help Dialysis patients, and in-depth training for home care givers. 

The month of November is also Diabetes Awareness Month.  Service providers will be on-site from Indian Health Services, U.S.D.A. Commodity Program, Shi Heart Home Health Care, and others.  A free lunch will be served at noon.  For more information, please contact Wilma Adams, shiheart@shiheart.com.
