Window Rock, AZ – A Bone Thugs N Harmony show originally scheduled for February 27, 2010 in Kayenta, AZ and/or Window Rock, AZ has been canceled.  Bone Thugs has booked the show for February 27, 2010 at the Sky Ute Casino in Ignacio, Colorado, which is about a 3 hour drive east.

After some deliberation about playing a bigger venue in Window Rock, AZ, all plans for a show on the Navajo reservation have been shelved due to the Declaration of Emergency and in lieu of Operation Winter Storm 2010 which set up an incident command post in Kayenta, AZ for most of the northeastern Arizona Navajo Chapters through the Kayenta Police Department.

Both the Kayenta Recreation Center and the Window Rock Sports Center are being used as storage areas for relief supplies for the relief efforts underway throughout the Navajo Nation.  All public events scheduled for February at the Window Rock Sports Complex have also been canceled.

Over the phone on Thursday morning, Low Low, events organizer for Bone Thugs N Harmony said, “We will keep in contact with our fans on the Navajo Nation, and we can definitely schedule a show at sometime in the future on Navajo lands,” he said.

The group scheduled show dates for El Paso, TX and Ignacio, CO around the time they originally planned to schedule a show on Navajo lands.  Now they are only scheduled to be at the Sky Ute Casino in Ignacio, CO.  When the tickets go on sale, they will be $30.00.
